By accessing or using Kapsita's property management platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Refers to the Kapsita website and mobile applications
User
Any individual or entity using our platform
Property Manager
User who manages properties through our platform
Tenant
Individual renting properties managed through our platform
Content
All information, data, and materials on our platform
Services
Property management features, SMS notifications, and related services
3. Account Terms
- 3.1You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.
- 3.2You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- 3.3You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- 3.4You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- 3.5Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Billing
Subscription fees are based on the number of units managed and the selected billing period. All payments are processed securely through M-Pesa.
4.2 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. You may use up to 5 units during the trial period. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using our services.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
4.4 SMS Credits
SMS credits are non-refundable and expire 12 months from purchase date. Unused credits are forfeited upon account cancellation.
5. User Responsibilities

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapsita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
